The Gallimaufry

Description

The Gallimaufry, found on Gloucester Road, is a champion of all things local. Having taken over the former spot of Prom Music Bar in 2012, the bar is now a buzzing little spot throughout the week. Decor is stripped back and arty, as local artists helped to create various pieces from a wall mural through to a mosaic bar.

The bar's ethos is to try and re-use, recycle and work locally as much as possible with the bar stocked with Bristol ales and ciders along with other well-known favourites. The food menu is full of seasonal British dishes which have a world flavour and on Sundays, they venue does a great roast dinner. The Gallimaufry also supports local musicians and holds regular live music nights with names from around Bristol.
