The Bootlegger

Description

Taking inspiration from America during the 1920s and 1930s, The Bootlegger is a lively Prohibition themed bar on Cheltenham Road. With a speakeasy atmosphere, the bar's interiors are a mix of exposed brick, Edison light bulbs and cosy corners.

The spot is known for their rollicking live music nights as local bands regular play blues, swing and jazz; there's also a regular rotation of DJs. Over the weekend the bar stays open until 2am and nights go from relaxed cocktails through to hopping party times. With more than 90 cocktails, alongside beer and cider, The Bootlegger is also popular for an after-work drink, especially with their generous happy hours when cocktails are 2 for £10.
