Settled in a comfy niche between shops on King's Road, Amoeba is immediately inviting, with charming wooden seats around dainty tables outside and a sofa smothered by cushions just inside the door. Warm red walls, furry patterned furniture and decorative flowers all entice you further into this three story lounge bar and after a few cocktails (only 2 for £9.50 after all) or a couple of craft beers from the extensive drinks menu, you may struggle to leave at the end of the night.
Hit the bar at the weekend for a rowdy night of frolicking and shenanigans, with a dance floor and live DJ set for the footloose and fancy free. Or for those who prefer to chat while they chug, try out another floor and enjoy a comfy seat, a tasty tipple and great company (we hope). If it's a weekday you're after, that's fine too - Amoeba is open til late every night of the week for the real party-harders.
So put on those dancing shoes, eat a substantial dinner and head on over to Amoeba for a knock out night with a scrumptious selection of cocktails and craft beers, a great mash up of music plus a buzzing atmosphere.
A word from the chef:
Selling cheese platters and tasty bar snacks, have a cheeky nibble and soak up those cocktails to make the night go even further.
