Description
A legendary locals bar and student stalwart, Medusa is a venue in Brighton town centre that not only boasts an all year round fun-time atmosphere, but 30 years worth of antics to boot.
With over 30 years under their belt, Medusa might be one of Brighton's smallest bars, but it's still one of its most favoured. From walls decked out in knick knacks and retro regalia to an area for live music, a main bar, street side tables to catch a little Summer sun and leather loungers, Medusa bar is classic but cosy for those that want to push pretention aside for chilled out drinks.
With their happy hour a weekly staple between 5-8pm and bottles of wine down to a chipper £9.95, Medusa Bar pulls in throngs of indie student crowds looking to sup on some pocket friendly wares before carrying on with the night ahead; whether it's for exotic rum or international beers. Medusa Bar is also host to a regular turn-over of live gigs and comedy nights that pull in a hearty and intimate crowd come sundown.
