Dirty Blonde

Description

Set to be the first of its kind in the UK, Eclectic Bars have announced plans to open their very Dirty Blonde bar in the heart of the Brighton Lanes. Tucked quietly behind a functioning pawn broker shop on East Street, this new opening will serve thirsty speciality cocktails alongside a unique New York fusion style menu, influenced by the immigrant cuisines of NYC over the generations.

Until 9pm, the fronting Pawn Brokers will open to sell vintage ephemera, only to transform come nightfall into a fabulously decadent meet and greet area: the space is scattered with VIP booths (all of which are available to pre-book) and infused with a classic music mix from big name DJs and regular live music performances.

The cocktail offering is perhaps most impressive, serving up a curious collection of pre-prohibition and prohibition inspired concoctions: expect to sup on the likes of aged cocktails, Martinis and signature blends, all of which have been masterfully mixed by expert mixologists. Refined, sophisticated and damn delicious.
