When it comes to craft beer in Birmingham, it's hard to match The Head of Steam. Owned by Camerons Brewery, who operate pubs across the Midlands and the North East, this city centre pub joins a host of similarly named venues across the country.
Boasting 20 different keg lines, through which a rotating line up of craft brews will run, and ten cask ale lines for beers and ciders from Birmingham and beyond. While beer is naturally the order of the day, this cool and quirky pub on Temple Row also serves a great selection of wines, spirits and even the odd cocktail.
The pub also serves a great selection of British and Americana dishes, as well some world flavours. The Head of Steam aims to incorporate the flavours of its favourite beverages into its menus, with many dishes using the drinks themselves. This allows both the Head of Steam team and their customers to better explore beer and food pairings.
