You, well you look like you need a drink, a festive drink at that. It's all well and good tucking in to an egg nog on Christmas morning, but c'mon you guys, that's ever so long to wait for some sumptuous seasonal flavours. But never fear, The Rose Villa Tavern are here. Cultivating their own Christmas Cocktail Menu for crooners and seasonal swooners the like, this Jewellery Quarter pub is just the spot to indulge in a little yuletide yum.

But ' what is on the menu ' you whisper in a very uncomfortable fashion, do stop doing that. We've picked three of our favourites from the festive tipples on offer at The RVT this year (we're pretty close now aren't we Rose Villa Tavern, we can call you RVT right?):

• 'Wassail Tree': Cognac, vanilla and apple topped off with sherry and an egg-white.
• 'Lost in New York': Sage Beefeater, cranberry sauce, fresh lime, cranberry juice.
• 'Xmas Pudding Shot': Cognac and creme de cocoa.
