We arrived here at 7:30 on a saturday night as a Party of 23, it was clear on arrival that the restaurant was full to capacity, maybe even beyond capacity, everyone was cramped onto tables which were too small for the party, despite the fact that the table had been booked almost a month in advance. Considering there were 23 of us the three bowls of prawn crackers should have alerted us to the portion sizes that we were about to receive. We were told we had to order a set menu, which was understandable given a party of our size however our drinks orders weren't taken until we asked (about 20 mins after we were seated) and then promptly arrived at the same time as the starters, a good hour after we had sat down. The starters were average at best nothing special given the price, and again only three platters came out which we were told should cover 6 people, which totalled one piece of 4 items per person. 15 minutes after we had finished we were asked if we were ready for the mains, the table was cleared and fresh plates (but not cutlery) were given to us. However at least 6 people had to send these plates back as they were absolutely filthy. We ordered some drinks in at this point but again they were nowhere to be seen. After much complaining and two hours after we had been seated we finally started receiving our mains in dribs and drabs, most irritatingly the rice last - the only thing that seemed to be plentiful. We had one person in our group who was vegetarian and had therefore ordered off the a la carte, this failed to arrive until a good half an hour after the set menu items by which time everyone had finished. This didn't seem to be of any concern to the manager who dismissed all of our complaints by interrupting us and saying that it would not be charged for on the bill, leaving us unclear as to whether it would ever arrive. The atmosphere in the restaurant at this point was horrendous, there were a number of large groups and across the restaurant not one table seemed remotely satisfied. We especially felt for a small group who were out for a 21st Birthday who arrived at the same time as us but left after only receiving starters after we had finished our mains. Our ordered drinks finally arrived at this point, just before we came to pay the bill, which had an automatic service charge added onto it! We refused to pay this service and demanded a further reduction from the bill, to which 10% was reluctantly given. Whilst standing in line to pay the bill we were hearing more and more complaints about peoples experience and watching as the manager dismissed them all rudely. We promptly left and will never be visiting again, and I would advise that anyone reading this also heeds this advice.

Such an unusual place to come for drinks and dinner, I couldn't tell you who the faces on the chairs are but this is a really unusual place and well worth a visit, the decor is pretty eye catching!
