Mortifying experience here. Manager has not only the worst customer service skills but worst management skills ive ever seen! Screaming at staff and threatening to fire them will not inspire them to do better. They are obviously massively understaffed as I have seen many advertisements on facebook usually a month apart so staff are leaving for a reason! All of this was done at the bar infront of customers. Shockin just shocking. I went to complain to him and he told me to 'mind my own business and f*ck off' needless to say I left immediately. Stay away from this place at all costs!

I went here for a masquerade ball in one of the rooms upstairs. The rooms look amazing, very chic! I sometimes go here just for their Mint Julep cocktail, it's just so good. It's a really nice, relaxing atmosphere here.

I probably wouldn't come here for one of their DJ nights but it's a great place to go for champagne afternoon tea and the like
