This staggering complexity comes as a result of a meticulous process described in the Woodford Reserve’s Five Sources of Flavour, and is shown through the many notes on the Flavour Wheel! But fear not this London Cocktail Week, as Woodford Reserve is here to show you how to get the most out of tasting complex spirits.

Hosted by UK Brand Ambassador, Joseph Hall, and fragrance expert Nicola Pozzani, these sessions will make use of fragrance and perfume in order to guide you to understand aroma's role in flavour perception. In addition, to demonstrate each of Woodford Reserve's key flavour areas, the session will make use of Old Fashioned variations invented by some of the UK's best bartenders!
