Expanding on their success in the capital, London-based ramen chain Shoryu Ramen has ventured North. In the space of just three years, Shoryu will have grown from an independent Japanese eatery in Regent St, to a nationwide chain that is beginning to become the go-to spot for some of the best ramen around.
With a menu that boasts authentic Japanese cuisine, Mancunians can expect to indulge in dishes like 'Tonkotsu Ramen', one of Japans most famous noodle soup recipes - a creamy pork broth which is often considered to be the 'King of Slurpdom’.
