Indian eatery on track to pop up in Alderley Edge

Indian eatery to the stars Mughli is stretching into the pop-up business with a fantastic pop-up restaurant in Alderley Edge: Opening in early December and running for ten weeks. Handily situated close by the train station, the venue is appropriately naming itself The Railway Cafe. Although this little gem is a little way out of central Manchester, it's more than worth the jaunt.

Expect authentic flavours and excellent execution at this top class Indian pop-up.

Bringing in acclaimed Chef David Gale to curate the masterful Indian inspired menu of small plates that are ripe for sharing, the quality of the food is more than assured. Previously earning his stripes in reputable establishments from Lawn Club in Spinningfields to Ducasse in London, it's clear that the kitchen will have direction and promise.

A serious pull will be the marvellous gin bar, headed up by gin connoisseurs of the highest order. It would be very true to say that all G & T's are not created equal once you've tasted the creations of multi-award winning bartender Craig Harper and 'World's Best Gin Barman' Jamie Jones.
