The Liquorists are Manchester's premier drinking consultants and alcoholic tour guides. After years of experience working in every kind of establishment from back street dive bar to fine dining restaurants the boys, Tom and Jody, pooled their knowledge to create The Liquorists. The Liquorists host events with an exclusive feel offering pop up parties and spirit and cocktail trails across the city. Their famous trails are held between 6pm-11pm Wednesday to Friday, covering five bars over the course of the evening.

Be chauffeur driven from bar to bar and enjoy a cocktail, spirit sample and some tailored nibbles in each one. Every trail is different and covers different bars and venues, making every night with The Liquorists unique. They also offer event services including cocktail master classes, bar and bartender hire, menu consultancy and even a premier cocktail delivery service - swanky!

The newest event being held by The Liquorists is their 'Rum Trail 4', an evening celebrating the spirit that started it all off. The Liquorists love rum so why not try some of the best rums on the market in some of the greatest bars Manchester has to offer. No queuing and no waiting at the bar as you enjoy 5 taster glasses of specially selected rum, 5 rum based cocktails and 5 food pairings in 5 different locations. Each trail starts at 6/7pm and starts at Liquorists HQ where you'll be treated to a Caribbean Feast including Jerk Chicken, Goat Curry, Rice and Peas and Dumplings (Vegetarian options available on request) and as always you'll be provided with transport around the city and a bonus £5 voucher for Selfridges Exchange square Wineshop (conditions apply).

Each trail finishes up by 10pm and although 'Rum Trail 4' will be running for four whole weeks, places are still limited with only 15 spots or less per night. Trails will be held Wednesdays (£30), Thursdays (£40) and Fridays (£50) through out April and early May with the final trail being held on the 3rd May 2013, so book now to avoid disappointment!
