At the bar and ordered two drinks. Left there for two minutes and then gone. I have a strong suspicion that they were removed from from the bar by the bar staff. When I complained, I spoke to manager, Lee, whose attitude was absolutely terrible. I myself work as a manager in the retail sector and would never dream to speaking to a paying customer like this; his response was and I quote "tough *comment moderated*! I've heard the same complaint four times tonight!". Absolutely unacceptable behaviour as a manager. I would have been okay if the manager said "these things happen" but the overall attitude provided no remorse or apology what so ever. If I was an owner, I would employ someone with a little more compassion and care for the customer. As a regular customer, I will never attend this venue again and will strongly advise my fellow professional colleagues not to attend this venue after the poor customer service displayed by the duty manager, Lee. All other staff seemed helpful (well apart from those that removed the full drinks from the bar).

The doormen *comment moderated*. They should be more concerned about Under Aged kids entering the place. Disabled Toilet was locked , my disabled friend couldn't use the toilet. We had to queue with 50 other women . The toilet very dirty. Toilet rolls and mud on the floor. There was no staff member present. The service was tediously slow. It took me 45 minutes to get a drink. Maybe it was a good place when it first opened but it's service and reputation is now going down the drains.

Went in and asked for a table for two, to be told no tables available. Obvious I wasn't wearing the right clothes. I went to the bar, and low and behold managed to get table. Ordered pizzeria and chips, although chips didn't arrive. Pizzeria was good except for when slicing, the food went everywhere with the silly plates it was served on, and the knife wasn't sharp enough. Service was also very slow. Unlikely to return. Proceeded to Rosso, where the service was fantastic. Spoke to the manager at neighbourhood this morning, who just said I will speak to the staff. Very poor customer relations.
