Simple secured their tag as one of the Northern Quarter’s most highly acclaimed bars by winning the Manchester Tourism Awards “Best Bar of 2012”.
Open since 2001, Simple has been wowing the Northern Quarter crowds with fresh food, smart décor, relaxed atmosphere and great cocktails. Decked out with leather booths for larger groups and smaller tables for intimate drinks and dining, Simple attracts all sorts of fun lovin' locals looking for a top notch tipple.
Their Happy Hour (4pm-8pm, Monday to Friday) makes Simple even more affordable as you can grab a house cocktail for £4.50 and a bottle of house wine for £8.95. Simple’s cocktail masterclasses are also a massive hit and are always the hot ticket in the Northern Quarter, not forgetting their cocktail of the week, which also seems to be in high demand. Don’t expect you’re ordinary range of drinks at Simple though; their ‘Hard Shakes’ are a massive crowd-pleaser and offer something different to the trendy Northern Quarter crowd.
