Disappearing Dining Club returns to Manchester this July with Dinner Dance MCR, three late night dinner parties bringing like minded people together to enjoy tasty food and drink, good company, and great music in private and unusual spaces.

Three Saturday night parties that will take place within Manchester City Centre, quests can expect a deluxe four-course dinner and late night party until around 3am. Locations will be announced to guests a week before each party, but expect to be seeing empty, disused or abandoned industrial spaces reinvented as the perfect place for a somewhat badly behaved late night dinner party.

DDC puts quality, seasonal ingredients and good cooking first, serving elegant but unfussy dishes for people to enjoy. Guests are seated on long tables with food served family-style, to be shared with the people you may or may not know around you. To drink? There’ll be a short and simple wine list offering food friendly reds, whites and pinks, as well as a full bar serving tasty cocktails, craft lagers and all the usual spirits and softs.

Music is Balearic, electronic, dinner party disco and eclectic house, with resident Danny Whitehead and guests playing from 7pm until very very late indeed.

Dinner Dance MCR tickets are £56 for welcome cocktail, five courses and an all night party, or £16 if you want to skip dinner and just come to the party£1 from all tickets will be donated to Teenage Cancer Trust.

Disappearing Dining Club
Disappearing Dining Club brings like-minded people together to enjoy great food, drink and good company in private and unusual spaces. We were founded in 2010 by Stuart Langley after 15 years of running bars, restaurants and members clubs in London and overseas. Stuart was joined in 2011 by Head Chef Fredrik Bolin and together opened Back in 5 Minutes in June 2012. In the last few years DDC have thrown dinner parties in lighthouses, launderettes, abandoned music venues, inside antiques shops, over a five floor department store, in churches, salvage yards, under railway arches, in photographic studios, on film sets, in galleries, fashion stores, recording studios, private homes, car parks, on beaches, rooftops, in street food markets, gardens, and countless warehouses of all shape and size. DDC beleive in quality, seasonal ingredients and good cooking, serving elegant but unfussy dishes for people to enjoy. Disappearing Dining Club recently started using their dinner parties to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. The money raised by DDC will help fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.
