Fraq's Lobster Shack is a seafood eatery showcasing the best fare on offer from the USA's East Coast. It's an intimate, family-run joint brought to us by Andrea and Alberto Fraquelli, taking pride of place on the West End's Goodge Street.

There's room for 34 covers, and the venue keeps things simple with the kind of stripped back, cosy interior that wouldn't look out of place on the streets of Maine itself. An old school East Coast hip hop playlist fills the room as seafood aficionados carefully survey the menu. The Boston Roll offers a majestic mouthful of Maine lobster meat, lemon mayo and spring onions, whereas the Calamari Club comes loaded with tender chunks of squid smothered in house made tartar sauce.
