The Chelsea Fishmonger himself, Rex Goldsmith, is behind this Pescatarian venture sourcing competitively priced fish from Sicily and the UK to bring affordable, super fresh dishes straight to their customers. Taking inspiration from the likes of juicy American Oyster bars and the relaxed simplicity of Mediterranean Tapas bars, the Rex & Mariano space will house three dedicated Oyster, Ceviche and Salad bars hailing a open, social dining experience. 

Continuing the informal dining physique through the interior, the restaurant is clad in crisp, white tiling with hand basins dotted around for that all important fishy-finger dunking, eliminating the need for those pesky finger bowls.
