The brains behind this food revolution come of Eastern Mediterranean heritage, which brings a whole unique dimension to their cooking practise. Turkey takes centre stage at this restaurant where each beautiful bird is doused in a 24 hour family recipe marinade to then be slow cooked to tenderised perfection. Then the meat makes its way into the charcoal oven having been rubbed down with a mix of spices and herbs to bring out the juicy flavours. 

Sourcing their mighty birds from farms in East Anglia, you can count on only the healthiest, naturally reared and lean Turkeys at Strut & Cluck.
