Vintage Salt

Description

Vintage Salt whisks guests away to a quaint Cornish fishing village and offers everything that is great about London’s gourmet scene at the same time. Heading to the top of Selfridges on Oxford Street, this is a five-month residency with the acclaimed Des McDonald at the helm.

Plates will be heavily seafood orientated. Guests can come for something light in the form of some oysters, smoked salmon or a lobster sandwich, or get to grips with some Camden Hells battered fish and chips or Cornish lamb chops. There’s to be an Afternoon Tea selection as well as a healthy choice of puds.

Vintage Salt will also feature The Drift Bar, a rooftop terrace area with a separate entrance. Follow the nautical ropes outside, where a seaside setting of beach huts and deckchairs awaits. The bar will serve an extensive choice of wine, a handful of craft beers and it’ll even feature it’s own G&Tea bar dealing exclusively in gin cocktails.
