Craft London

Description

Chef and foodie extraordinaire Stevie Parle has opened a cocktail bar and all-day eatery in collaboration with acclaimed designer Tom Dixon.

Craft London is a three floor extravaganza with a cafe space, restaurant, stunning cocktail bar and shop.  The physique of this restaurant bar space takes on Modern design paying homage to British textiles with everything from Scottish tweed to Limestone and bespoke lighting and furniture features from London designers. Take on views over the Thames and Canary Wharf from the skyline cocktail bar.

The restaurant offers an ever-changing, seasonal menu of snacks, starters, mains and desserts. Vegetables, fish and meats are cooked over a custom-built wood fire and breads are made using their own tandoor oven. Dishes include fresh heritage tomato salad, egg-yolk tagliorini with crab, Norfolk black chicken with broad beans and peas, Swaledale T-Bone steak for two and a Craft London burger with house pickles.

The upstairs bar offers a huge array of house cocktails alongside an extensive wine list that balances some well-known varieties with some small-scale, organic wine producers from all across Europe.  Craft also plays host to an all-day café and bakery which serves a full brunch menu alongside wood-fired sourdough pizzas and a Craft beer selection.

The restaurant is headed up by Richard Blackwell, and offers an ever-changing, seasonal menu of snacks, starters, mains and desserts. Vegetables, fish and meats are cooked over a custom-built wood fire and breads are made using their own tandoor oven.
