A wonderful antidote to all that is poncey, tricksy or undersized, the team behind The Dairy brings you The Manor. Staying close to nature at every stage and keeping the dining experience hearty and rustic, this great new eatery is sure to be about as warming as a fur rug by the hearth. 

The interior will be buzzy bistro meets Canadian hunting lodge. They have accrued a few mascots in the form of stag, pheasant and general animal kingdom sculpture. Pastry is not deemed too delicate a practice for these gritty wilderness types,  and there will be a pastry counter with freshly made pastry and bread to perch at. 

These guys have always kept a close relationship with their produce; growing food for The Dairy in their own roofgarden and bravely keeping bees. As The Manor is only a short potter up the road, it will also benefit from the bounty. Charcuterie will come by way of the team's other venture, The Delicatessen. Don't expect food to be messed about with; the aim is to make the eating experience robust. Slowing cooked joints, baked fish and serious foodie satisfaction will be coming your way.
