The Lion is a cool pub on Stoke Newington Church Street with a cosy bar and a few little surprises. Complete with a fireplaces, a massive games room, a lovely garden and a private function room, this pub has something to suit everyone's needs. The upstairs game room is complete with a pool table, darts, a pinball machine, a jukebox and table football, providing fun while you enjoy a few pints. The garden is equipped with a canopy and heaters so you can hangout in the space even when the weather isn't very nice.

The food menu ranges from pies and sausage rolls to seafood so there is always a wide selection to choose from. If you're not going for a meal then you can choose from the large drinks selection at the bar. The pub also holds a long list of regular events including an art festival, quiz nights, local bands and DJs, they also play all the big matches on their giant TV screen. They even have a ukelele night once a month open to everyone from beginners to experts!
