Heaven night club, located underneath Charing Cross railway station, was once the London equivalant of New York's famous Studio 54. While Studio 54 didn't last, Heaven is still going strong and is one of London's best gay clubs. Heaven is a superclub with a capacity of almost 2000 and is jammed pack with a friendly and happy-go-lucky crowd. Although the music policy at Heaven has changed, from trance and house to bubbly commercial pop,  since the G-A-Y takeover, Heaven still has maintained it's popularity within the gay community and is often packed out most nights of the week. Heaven is not only a superclub, but also live music venue where some fabulous artists have performed such as Cher and Grace Jones and modern artists such as Hot Chip and Santigold can be heard playing their music here.
