With three industry pioneers in the form of Olly Brading, Andy Mil and Elliot Ball at the helm, this is much more than just a cocktail bar. The Cocktail Trading Co is a bar-tender led co-operative; devoted to improving the drinks industry by eliminating gaps between owners, managers and bartenders – and making that cocktail taste all the sweeter in the process.
Raw brickwork, street art exhibitions and a unique collection of cocktail memorabilia help create a Victorian gin palace vibe, where guests enjoy a highly creative – and constantly evolving – choice of cocktails. There’s also a list of ‘Faux Cocktails’ conjured up using fresh seasonal ingredients too.
