There can be no doubt that this concept feeds into every aspect of its presentation, from the decor to the food and drinks menus. The drinks menu prides itself on its simplicity, offering a wide selection of classic led cocktails like Caipirinhas, Breakfast Martinis and an easy to follow wine selection, as well as its own home brewed lager and real ale. The food is also classically British with inclusions like Welsh rarebit to cheese and meat platters, although one can note infusions of modern European cuisine. All ingredients are locally sourced and the daily specials showcase the flair and imagination of the chefs. 

Hudson's House is a cool new addition to the NOHO bar and restaurant scene, injecting a vibrant energy in to Bedford Avenue. A further stand out feature it is temporary exhibition space; art works from Italian London based artist Mauro De Giorgi are exhibited across the walls of the restaurant, adding a quirky element to this bar and restaurant in London.
