Far Rockaway

Description

Inspired by the Queens NY resort, Far Rockaway is an American restaurant bar in Shoreditch that has a booming artistic stance you'll find hard to miss; epitomising the exploding urban scene in East London.

Boasting a multitude of quirky levels, modular spaces and eccentric areas, Far Rockaway is a cavern of cool thanks to its skateboard smothered ceilings, urban inspired art pieces and mis-matched furniture that would make any fancy Londonite fist pump with glee. If you're not chowing down in their outlandish American diner or swooning over their 4000 strong comic book collection, you're sure to be lapping up the unorthodox environment by the bar.

As difficult as it is to resist a creative cocktail menu, Far Rockaway boast a cracking selection of Stateside themed inventions including their Bob Dylan inspired 'Stairway to Heaven' brimming with limoncello and peach liqueur, to their stomach indulging 'Peanut Butter Cup' with real Reese's pieces and dark chocolate liqueur. But don't get your craft beer loving kecks in a twist, Far Rockaway boast an ample selection of tasty draft numbers and craft beer to boot including Goose Island IPA and Dixie Beer. Ideal for chilling and showing off how cool you are, this place is very very impressive.
