Molé Taco Bar

Description

Tucked away on picturesque Picton Place in Marylebone, Molé Taco Bar is an atmospheric and creative cavern inspired by Latin American cultural gems Mexico and South America. Well versed in concocting tipples and an elaborate array of fine fare, this chow den lures in locals and tourists alike direct from its convenient catch-all spot.

Take a pew next to the "embellished" portrait of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo and be immersed in this Latin-themed haunt as you satisfy those stomachs with an experimental banquet of toothsome and exotic flavours. 80% of the menu is gluten-free including their hand-made tacos, filled with the likes of cod cheeks with squid ink foam and cooked pork belly with pickled watermelon. Check out the South American street food anticuchos; marinated skewers of fish, meat and veg.

As far as the bevvies go, mixologists throw together a small but eye-catching range of ten cocktails created using home-made syrups and infused spirits, and everything is enjoyed in a decor rife with greenery, hand-drawn wallpapers and Mexicana murals.
