This cool basement bar is located underneath Hotel Megaro in Kings Cross. An unusual and trendy bar, everything is very well done, from the decor to the drinks to the bar snacks. The first room is called The Darkroom. With cosy cinema-style seating, black and white photography lining the walls and decor inspired by a classic film set, it is an intimate space made for chilling out after a hard day with a good drink in hand. The second room is called The Picture Room, aptly named considered the walls are completely covered in portraits. The dim lighting and comfy seating are still just as present in this room, and keep up the relaxed atmosphere.

The uniquely crafted cocktails are reason enough to stop by this boutique bar. Serving classics from the prohibition era, such as Bee's Knees and the Baptiste, alongside house favourites such as Death In The Afternoon and a mean Boulevardier, the menu doesn't disappoint. The small food menu will keep you satisfied with everything from truffle popcorn and Noccellara olives to a hearty Buccleuch beef burger with triple cooked chips.
