One of my favourite venues in London, particularly the view. We were there on a Sunday eve - great service; the menu was a tad limited, but otherwise good experience Irene visited The Tattershall Castle on 10 Jan 2016

Excellent, thank you! No better place to see the Fireworks from. Having Gold tickets meant that we could retire to the Bridge at any time to relax. Only possible improvement would be to make the Bridge windows into opening windows :-))) Staff were excellent. serog1 visited The Tattershall Castle on 31 Dec 2015

The boat is lovely and the decor feels very homely and comfortable. I really enjoyed my evening however my friend found a piece of hair in her food and other guest had to send back their food as it came out really cold. I think towards Christmas time the number of staff working was very low which made the service very slow however the waitress and bar service were very friendly. I would return again but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to get it to a good standard. Which is a bit shocking as this venue is in the heart of central London and expected a great deal more. tasha_1 visited The Tattershall Castle on 22 Dec 2015

we had a Sunday roast at the Tattershall and thoroughly enjoyed it, the service was very good and the staff made us feel very welcome. would recommend it. if you want a seat with a view of the river it is worth booking a table beforehand. marych visited The Tattershall Castle on 13 Dec 2015

Food good not expensive for the time of year. Service was slow considering we had preordered but staff was extremely helpful in getting our order processed. Definitely go back again. julietweller visited The Tattershall Castle on 05 Dec 2015

Hosted a surprise 30th birthday here in their lounge room on Saturday. Had a few issues with randoms walking down into the room so it's not "secure" in that sense - but the staff treated us well and were helpful and there was lots of room for the 45-50 people who came. The food is VERY pricey for what it is but tasted pretty good. I think they need to put a rope or something up if hosting events in the lounge (or a least a "private party" sign and they also need to revise the prices of their food. Other than that we had a great time and you'll struggle to get as good a location for the hire price elsewhere in London!

Great for drinks, view, music. Food not so much. My steak was cold, chips were cold and old, waitress split meat juices on my lap when she put the board down. My partner and his daughter had overcooked tuna. The waitress messed up the order and forgot to order one salad. We asked for anchovies on the side and they came mixed in. We had to call a waitress to get more drinks as we had waited so long. Finally we ordered two cappuccinos and got two cold lattes! Needless to say, we didn't leave a tip - they even knew it was my birthday and I got nothing, no recognition. Another table was also complaining. All the staff were hanging around the bar and playing with hen party straws (I'll leave that to your imagination) I would recommend the bread and olives though! Shame, it was supposed to be a special meal - next time I'll stick to drinks and eat next door. Merilea visited The Tattershall Castle on 13 Sep 2015

Awesome night, awesome people & comedy was great, would love to see more. Wish the boat actually went somewhere though and the drinks aren't as cheap as the website makes out.

We have been spending the entire night on the quarterdeck, enjoying some amazing beers and watching the time pass away. Politics, religion, were the match of the night, but guess what, jack white and his joke on NYE mac's retail store culminate the entire serenade. Oh well, pankers wanker bankers you name it. They were in the storm of fun widely spread remarks on the night. Wish you a good one, peeps.
