El Rincon Latino is an independently family run Spanish tapas bar & restaurant. The Rubiera-Iglesias family is formed by seven brothers & three sisters. Of these, seven siblings are involved in the daily run of the business, with the assistance of their mother in the kitchen. Inspired by their farming background, the family has a passion for traditional Spanish cuisine, using only the freshest and finest ingredients possible. 

Inheriting a love of food and cooking from their mother, they aim to recreate such passions in their restaurant, serving delicious examples of their cuisine from tapas, paella and many more delights. Alongside this, comes a dedication to create the best dining experience possible, with their fine selection of drinks on offer. A specialised wine list, exquisite sangria and a host of mouth-watering cocktails that serve as beautiful accompaniments to their fine cuisine.
