Nigerian-born and a naturalised American citizen, the Father of Ayo, Damola, uses his travel and professional bodybuilding experience alongside his natural energy and enthusiasm to take fitness in a new direction. Through his travels to over 47 countries, Damola has witnessed a vast array of dance and fitness trends. His lifelong devotion to African culture along with his natural tendency to “ramp up the volume” fuels his passion to take fitness to an entirely new level with Ayo Jam.
