The pair met working at acclaimed Michelin-star restaurant, Peat Inn in Fife, so these guys know a thing or two about tasty food. At the bar, a tight but toxic collection of well-executed cocktails include Dark & Stormy and Old Fashioned as well as a local nod, Loch Almond. As well as cocktails this Glasgow restaurant bar serves premium spirits and local and international beers and a small selection of wine. The vibe of the bar is cool unpretentious and urban, with corrugated metal and raw wood.
