CocktailXChange Presents: Brugal Rum Evening
We’re delighted to announce the launch of a fantastic new project to tempt the taste buds of drink connoisseurs, CocktailXChange.
Starting off with a series of Tasting Evenings, where participants will dine on a tasting menu of cocktails. Each evening is based on a particular spirit. Diners will work their way through a sumptuous multi-course cocktail menu, which will be accompanied by specially matched canapés and live music.
Kicking off with Brugal Rum we are creating some great classic and new cocktails made from Anejo (Golden), Especial Extra Dry (White), XV (Golden Premium) and the newly released Dry Spiced. There will be talks from a brand representative on the history and tasting notes of all of the rums. Each Cocktail will be accompanied by a short description on why we chose it and how it has been made.
After a sample of each rum you will be presented with the following cocktails:
The Maestros
Light and fresh in nature, we start with Brugal Extra Dry. Add Cucumber and Mint Water, Citrus, Ginger Syrup and Egg White. Served with a lime crisp. A great starter to freshen your palate.
Canape: Smoked Mackeral, Potato, Lime, Caper Croquette
Pineapple & Coconut Fizz
A Brugal Anejo based cocktail with Rich Pineapple & Pepper Cordial married with citrus and lengthened with coconut cream soda to add a sparkling feel on your taste buds.
Canape: Jerk Chicken Lollipop, Kiwi & Lime Crème Fraiche
May-Ya-Moto
Brugal Spiced Rum infused with Lapsang Souchong Tea, drizzled with Passionfruit syrup and lengthened with Mango & Cherry Juices with Fresh Lime served with a Volcanic surprise!
Canape: Skewered Prawns with Passion Fruit and Ginger Glaze

Brugal XV stirred with Prune liqueur and a dash of Orange Bitters; Old fashioned style! A perfect ending to a perfect evening.
Canape: Plantain Chip, Spicy Mango Salsa.

The CocktailXChange concept will feature a range of events, bringing together some of the world’s finest bartenders, drinks brands and bars.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
