What they say:

An ever growing Caribbean chain plotted about the UK, Turtle Bay have taken to one of Birmingham's most up and coming city centre plots for its latest edible endeavour. Opening their restaurant bar on John Bright Street, Turtle Bay are looking to bring a sprightly dash of Caribbean cooking to the heart of the city. From rum laced cocktails such as their Tobago Tea to street hawker inspired dishes such as Jamaica Fried Bait, Turtle Bay don't have to jerk your arm for a visit now do they?

What we say:

Come and get us some of this. We've been deliberating Caribbean cooking in Birmingham for a while now, and boy oh boy does this suffice such natterings for something new and exciting. Sure, chain restaurants come with a bit of trepidation, but with their sassy street food, rum laden cocktails (Jumbled Julep, all eyes on you) and shack inspired interiors in tow, we think that Turtle Bay could hit it big with city patrons looking to try something a little different for dinner.
